The thickness of industrial lifting door is 40-50 mm. Industrial lifting door can be used outside every kind of building. ◪ Balance system: the industrial lifting door adopts torsion spring balance, balance torsion spring is designed and manufactured by professional spring factory according to the calculation of the heavy load of the door, which makes the balance reach the best state, and the manual lifting force after the door body balance is ≤ 180N.
◪ Torsion spring material : made of high quality 60Si2MnA spring steel to ensure service life of more than 50000 cycles. The surface is treated by secondary heat-proof, the surface is bright and never rusts. Lifting wire rope wheel, standard lifting door using cylindrical rope wheel. The shaft rod adopts 25mm's 4solid round steel and is equipped with a torsion spring break protection device on the balance shaft, which can prevent the door board from falling when the balance torsion spring breaks.
◪ Sealing:All lifting doors are fitted with top, bottom and side seals, and all tracks and doors are fitted with rubber seals to provide good sealing between the door and the track

Opening speed: average speed can reach 12-18 meters per minute.
